Shoot for the Stars and you will at least reach the Moon!
When we first formed Select Serviced Accommodation just a short while ago we had aggressive growth plans. Well I am happy to say that today after the good news today, we are on target we will be opening 3 new units within the next month and a half.
Once these are up and running our plans are to work with the existing units to perfect our marketing and sales techniques. During this time we will also be performing quite a bit of back office integration to ensure we have the right systems to support our growth plans. We project this will take about three months (but we all know these things always take longer). As any successful company knows it is important that we develop a strong platform to support our growth expectations. Once we have defined the right services and partners to enable us to support our growth plans we will open one new unit a month.
As you can see these are quite aggressive growth plans, and we fully expect to miss a few of our targets from time to time and choose the wrong platform for the different back office functions we will require. But we also know if you don’t have targets you will not achieve.
We are quite excited about the future and know that we have a product that people are enjoying. We are excited about reaching our ultimate goal and will be on target to do this within the next 2 to 3 years. I don’t want to say what our ultimate goal is just now as we don’t want our competitors getting wind of our unique proposition we plan on bringing to market. It is still in development but we are very excited about it…
